ABOUT THE AUTHOR: STEVE SNYDER

Steve is a 40-year veteran of sales and sales leadership positions primarily for marketing and business data services companies. He and his wife, Sandra, suffered the tragic loss of their nine-month-old son, Stuart, in 1984. They raised their two other children, Michael and Margo, in Oswego, Illinois. For more than 15 years, Steve participated actively in the construction, planning, and operation of the Ronald McDonald House near Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. For more than 45 years, he has been an active member of Calvary Church in Naperville, Illinois.
